For nearly a decade, Laura Holland has dedicated her career to helping pets look and feel their very best. Her journey began when she graduated with honors from her Professional Pet Grooming Certification Program and completed an externship that gave her valuable hands-on experience working with dogs of all breeds, personalities, and grooming needs. Driven by a passion for animals and a commitment to excellence, Laura even spent time grooming from her home before pursuing her dream of becoming part of a larger pet care team.
 

That dream took an exciting turn in 2017 when Laura walked through the doors of a brand-new business called Medlin Pet Company, just one month after it opened. What started as a simple visit to see the "new place in town" quickly became the beginning of a remarkable journey.
 

As one of the very first team members, Laura has been part of Medlin Pet Company's story almost from the very beginning. Over the years, she grew into the role of Head Groomer, helping build the trusted reputation, loyal client relationships, and high standards of care that the company is known for today. Countless pets have sat on her grooming table, and countless families have trusted her with some of their most beloved companions.
 

Today, Laura is proud to begin the next chapter as owner of Holland Pet Company.

While the name has changed, the heart of the business remains the same. Clients will continue to see the familiar team they know and trust, receive the same exceptional grooming, daycare, boarding, and training services, and the same commitment to personalized care that has always defined this company.
 

But this new chapter is about more than continuing a legacy—it's about building on it.
